3 Strategies to Reduce Bias in Leadership Assessments

Evaluate leadership through questionnaires is not an ideal measurement, in my humble opinion. I strongly believe that we should measure the results (or the effectiveness) of such leadership on different levels such as, cultural aspects, productivity, etc.
