Using social media (sm) in business is not about just advertising your products or services or skills. ..it is much more. .sm is all about communication. .

In other words, to have the maximum benefits from using sm, you need to interact with people who like your pictures or comments. .to answer their posted questions. ..to address their comments and notes. .to give feedback to the points and issues they talked about. .all that rapped in a friendly and casual atmosphere you create through your usage of words and emotions.

But also we should not forget the time frame..don’t wait too long to answer a question, or reply to a suggestion..how about within 15 minutes?an hour?may be two. ..but no more than that. ..remember. .faster is better and more effective.

just enjoy and value such interaction with your customers and you will have great results.
